National Massage Championships 2025 #TheNMCLondon – A Day to Remember

North West London massage therapist competes at the 2025 National Massage Championship, sharing insights into deep tissue and holistic therapy practice.

I had the incredible opportunity to compete in The National Massage Championship 2025 at ExCeL London. It was an inspiring experience, surrounded by so many talented therapists from across the UK and beyond — each bringing their own unique skills, energy, and creativity to the floor.

Competing in the Deep Tissue category gave me a chance to showcase the precision, focus, and professionalism that form the foundation of my work. The atmosphere was vibrant and full of learning, and I’m so grateful to have been part of such a dynamic community of therapists.

A heartfelt thank you to my brilliant teachers and mentors who have shaped my professional journey and set the standards of care I uphold today. Thank you also to the judges for their insightful feedback, and to my calm, supportive model, Jennie, who stayed centred amid the noise, lights, and cameras.

What I took away from the experience is that every therapist brings something unique to the table. For me, it reaffirmed my love for delivering calm, focused, and deeply restorative treatments — where the client’s comfort and wellbeing are always at the heart of the work.

Being part of a national event reminded me why I’m so passionate about massage therapy. It’s not just about technique — it’s about presence, empathy, and creating a safe space for healing and reconnection.
