Booking, Cancellation & Late Arrival

To ensure the smooth running of the clinic and fairness to all clients, please note the following:

Booking

• All bookings are strictly by appointment.
• For same-day or appointments within 24 hours, please email info@pebbleandstarcollective.co.uk.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full treatment fee.
• No-shows (failing to attend without notice) are also charged at the full fee.

 

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive punctually to ensure you receive your full treatment.
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so as not to delay the next client.
• The full fee will still apply for late arrivals, even if the treatment time has to be reduced.
