Provide treatments safely and effectively.

3. Storage & Retention

Personal and demographic information, booking details, and initial consultation information (including health information required to identify contraindications) are collected and stored securely via the Wix platform. This information is used solely to manage appointments and ensure treatments are safe and appropriate. Access is restricted to the practitioner only.
Website and contact information is stored via Wix and other secure platforms used to manage bookings, communication, and services.
Ongoing therapeutic records and session notes are maintained in paper format. These records are stored securely in a locked cabinet at the practitioner’s home address and are accessible only to the therapist. Manual therapeutic records are retained for seven (7) years in line with professional and legal requirements and are securely destroyed thereafter.
After the required retention period, records are securely deleted or destroyed.

4. Sharing Your Information

We only share your personal information with trusted third parties when necessary, including:

Wix (website and booking system).
SumUp (payment processing).
Delivery services (for purchased products).
Affiliate partners (if you choose to purchase through affiliate links).We do not sell or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes without your consent.
