From helping busy professionals take a moment to recharge, to bringing a sense of calm to a wedding morning before the celebrations begin, our treatments are designed to fit seamlessly into your event. Half-day and full-day packages are available, with pricing tailored to your location, group size and treatment requirements. Cancellation Policy
To ensure the smooth running of the clinic and fairness to all clients, please note the following: Booking • All bookings are strictly by appointment. • For same-day or appointments within 24 hours, please email info@pebbleandstarcollective.co.uk. Cancellations & Rescheduling • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full treatment fee. • No-shows (failing to attend without notice) are also charged at the full fee. Late Arrivals • Please arrive punctually to ensure you receive your full treatment. • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so as not to delay the next client. • The full fee will still apply for late arrivals, even if the treatment time has to be reduced.
