Chinese cupping is a traditional therapy that uses specially designed cups to create gentle suction on the skin. Often combined with massage, it helps release areas of muscular tightness, improve movement and target stubborn tension. The treatment is tailored to your individual needs and may leave temporary circular marks, which are a normal response to the suction and usually fade within a few days. Your therapist will explain everything before treatment begins, ensuring you feel comfortable throughout. To ensure the smooth running of the clinic and fairness to all clients, please note the following: Booking • All bookings are strictly by appointment. • For same-day or appointments within 24 hours, please email info@pebbleandstarcollective.co.uk. Cancellations & Rescheduling • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full treatment fee. • No-shows (failing to attend without notice) are also charged at the full fee. Late Arrivals • Please arrive punctually to ensure you receive your full treatment. • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so as not to delay the next client. • The full fee will still apply for late arrivals, even if the treatment time has to be reduced.
