For same day bookings, please email info@pebbleandstarcollective.co.uk. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full treatment fee. No-shows (failing to attend without notice) are also charged at the full fee. Late Arrivals Please arrive punctually to ensure you receive your full treatment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so as not to delay the next client.
