Cancellation Policy
To ensure the smooth running of the clinic and fairness to all clients, please note the following: Booking To ensure availability please book in advance. For same day bookings, please email info@pebbleandstarcollective.co.uk. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full treatment fee. No-shows (failing to attend without notice) are also charged at the full fee. Late Arrivals Please arrive punctually to ensure you receive your full treatment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so as not to delay the next client. The full fee will still apply for late arrivals, even if the treatment time has to be reduced. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my time and the time of other clients.
